Up to Ten, Milan’s center of excellence for scientific tutoring, is seeking a qualified tutor to support international school students.

Up to Ten is Milan’s leading center for STEM education. With a personalized and innovative approach, we make scientific subjects accessible and engaging for students at all levels.

The role:
We are looking for a specialized tutor to support International Baccalaureate (IB) students in:
• Mathematics Analysis & Approaches HL
• Physics HL

Essential requirements:
• Direct experience with the IB program (preferably IB diploma holder)
• Excellent command of advanced mathematics (abstract algebra, calculus, analysis)
• University-level physics competence (mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum physics)
• Availability Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Fluent English speaking and teaching skills
• Based in Milan or surrounding areas
• Willingness to travel within the city for tutoring sessions
• Availability for in-person teaching at our center and/or students’ homes

Preferred qualifications:
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related fields
• Previous IB tutoring experience
• Knowledge of international university requirements
• Modern and engaging pedagogical approach
