JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR INTERIOR YACHT DESIGNER

 

YOUR TASKS:

Develop luxury interior designs reflecting the studio signature aesthetic;

Produce architectural nurbs 3d models with precise modelling, texture mapping and organized layers / material coding / information / notes.

Produce sketches, drawings, technical plans, idea / mood / style / materials boards;

Research furniture, materials, accessories and design detailing;

Source FF&E items and coordinate material samples;

Manage supplier communication and organize FF&E documentation;

Prepare and update material lists, furniture lists and FF&E schedules in Excel;

Collaborate with CGI artists and design engineers across project teams;

Create polished, visually persuasive PDF booklets;

 

WE REQUIRE:

4-8 years of expertise in superyacht or luxury residential interior design.

Advanced proficiency in Rhinocerous, ability to work with InDesign and AutoCAD.

A creative problem-solver with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

Self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and strong adaptability.

Organizational and communication skills for sourcing and selecting FF&E

Resilient and efficient when operating in high-pressure, fast-paced studio environments.

Proficiency in English at a professional level (both written and spoken).

Based in Rome (or willing to relocate) with a valid EU work authorization.

Willing to be present in the office for at least 3 days a week.
